"I was so excited about this big night out and I have to say that I was very disregarded. Upon arrival at the door I was handed over two flyers to buy a drink to get a free one. That was 1925. After the fight to find your restaurant in the dark, I was greeted by an employee and shown a great stand. There was a big party on a Christmas night outside occupied the length of the room. It took 25 minutes to come for our drinks as it seemed to take 5 employees to serve this table of 30! We were then handed over our menu, which was significantly reduced compared to the online menu to our Dissapointment. Your website does not mention any changes in December. We chose our food and the starters arrived relatively fast. After our first renunciation at the bad service it was redeemed by a gift bag with Christmas card, candy and more beverage vouchers. We ordered 3 drinks (e.g. cocktails) with our vouchers, which we only order for 3 of the 6. When trying to redeem it, I was informed that the promtion ended around 1900 note I was at a 1930 dinner reservation!! Not at 2100, as advertised on the vouchers. I was then informed by the surly girl that Tiger Tiger have the right to remove or change these actions at any time. Well done legal eagle!! Total. All right. My nice mother-daughter Newcastle trip we saved so hard was ruined. Not even a real excuse from everyone. I'm not back. Oh and your toilets are disgusting!!!"
