"I made an online order at 7:15. We showed up at 7:45 to the doors locked, and the employees saying they were closed. I tried getting the attention of the employees who said they closed at 8. I yelled through the door that my order was made at 7:15 and showed it was accepted. She then said they closed at 7:30 and walked off. If zero stars was an option, that is what they would get."
