Baggage was turned off and then the colleagues found. It was still time at pleasant temperatures to drink the welcome drink on the spacious terrace with colorful seating. Terrace outdoors Then it went to the restaurant area, here was a large table well maintained for us (15 people). The entrance to the Beverages restaurant was immediately asked and served. I started alcohol-free with the recommendation of the daily table: homemade orange lemonade with mint. That sounded refreshing and not too sweet. The young employee assured me: Not too sweet! That's right. I liked the sedan. On the way, baskets were served with 4 fresh and delicious breads. In addition to fresh cheese, which really reminds me of “Petrella cut liquor”. There was a menu for our table. Our menu appetizer soup and dessert have been fixed. Three main courses for choice (meat, fish, vegetarian). Uncomplicated order volume per line list. The Rumpsteak has won! For everyone there was a sweet potato soup with chili and a tomato stem. Sweet potato soup with chili A fine soup and very well seasoned. Chili used exactly for me. A thin half tomato baguette Seasam Bar. Our main dishes were served by several employees at the same time at our table. The preheated plates are all beautifully dressed. I was positively surprised. My choice: Sockeye Wildlachsfilet, Stone mushroom Risotto, glazed asparagus. The salmon fillet on the outside fried in still juicy (at least above). Wild salmon fillet, rock mushroom Risotto, glazed asparagus The mushroom risotto schlotty as it should be. The fungus aroma of the dried mushrooms came through well. The asparagus still very crisp, I like that and here it fits so well. Decorated with cocktail tomato, cresse, lemon and lime writing, all very well seasoned (and not over seasoned). It is easier for my colleagues to find their rags of steaks among abundantly lightly swollen apples and onions. Rumpsteak under poked apples and onions Not very large (about 220 g estimated), but sufficient. Soft and perfect medium roasted. Hungry didn't stay that night. The dessert again uniform for all: Blackberry Panna Cotta, Amarettini Crunch, egg liqueur cream. Blackberry Panna Cotta The Panna Cotta was good, but I did not find any blackberry very suitable. All in all, however, a really good menu at a safe fair price. I don't know the price for our menu. But the prices of the regular menu are absolutely ok for the bids (suppliers and appetizers: € 5,49 € 10,19. Main dishes: € 8.49 € 16.49. The uneven prices also adapted to the supermarket). Breakfast the next morning was really great! A huge selection and not just the standard offer. Breakfast buffet: cheese salad, matjes pikant and in cranberry cream, smoked salmon big bakery, beautifully dressed sausages and cheese plates, smoked salmon and various matjeshappen, cheese salad, fruit, vegetables, juices for champagne in the cooler. Lunch as a buffet again surprises with creative and fresh food! Cold start prices, hot main dishes, salads, desserts... all marked. Lunch buffet lunch buffet Very neat. The kitchen is divided with a large glass front. Chefs and guests can watch. Look at the kitchen and look at the cooks at work, they are probably used to it and make some jokes. The young serviceman and the woman were attentive, present and well trained for us. The theme of training is at the top of this hotel. The house is modern, clean and well maintained. The "public" toilet of the hotel is always impeccable and I do not stunt badly over the washbasin fitting with handles right and left of the tap. If it's bad? No – the Dyson AirBlade Wash Dry hand dryer! Innovative: Dyson AirBlade Wash Dry No handles, but hand dryer nozzles! Conclusion: The Food Hotel meets its name. With food advertising throughout the house you have to live. And if you accept the house and its concept, it is even quite funny and varied. The dishes offered were all very good and fresh from dinner over breakfast and lunch! As a meeting hotel great, even for an overnight stay, you will not be here."
