"Absolutely horrible experience. I asked for a long black obviously no milk also as I am ALLERGIC but my request wasn’t provided instead provided was a trip to hospital. Thanks Zarraffa’s Nerang team, your lucky I don’t take this further and I hope others see this review as it will save them time and money… also a smile when you approach the window is always nice."
