"Love sushi, but lately Sake has been really horrible with their services. Two weeks ago my boyfriend and I ordered take-out. When I arrived told the host my name and that I have a pick-up order. She kept looking and then asked the young lady who was at the cash register about my order. They informed me that they've given my order to the wrong customer. I was really upset because I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. When my order should've been ready once I arrive for the pick-up. Last week, my boyfriend and I wanted sushi again. Called in for our order they said it'll be 35 minutes. Once we arrived... my boyfriend said he'll go inside and pick-up our take out order. He walked in told the host that it's under my name. he saw the bag with my name on it. He told the young lady that the bag is on the counter. She told my boyfriend that it wasn't. How are the employee to tell him that it's not our order when my name is written on the bag!?!?! He was really upset because the employee didn't even bother to double check. This is the worst service we've ever had. We're not coming back to Sake anymore due to the service. We'll just Go back Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse Sushi Bar they've always been great with their services!"

"My boyfriend and I have been here twice. The sushi rolls are a hit or miss in my opinion, but he really likes them. We are in agreement that their onion soup isn’t as good as the one at Sake Sushi Bar. I really enjoyed a couple of their drinks though, especially the key lime one, but we both agree that some of them are barely potable. The service is great, but I probably won’t be back."
