"One of the best made to order burger's in the area. Disappointed with the fried onion rings, fries and shrimp. Fries and rings were soggy like they had marinated in oil. Fried shrimp had more salt than cornmeal, plus they were just slightly larger than jumbo popcorn shrimp. I would expect a better quality of shrimp considering how close we are to the Gulf of Mexico. I'm sadly disappointed. Loved the decor. Wait staff a bit slow, but I'll not rush people for quality. I can't see me returning for just a burger though."

"We went to this location to celebrate my Father's 66th birthday. We did reserve a room for our family as it is quite big. We had a total of close to 20 people with us. We were only given 1 waitress (this review is definitely NOT about her. She gave great customer service and did the best she could with what she was given). We got there around 7pm it took over an hour for our food orders to be placed, and it took over 20 mins per drink that we ordered. The food was good, but the portion size for the price is not even measurable if you ask me. I have been to several locations in Houston, and the service and treatment is a lot better, especially when you are paying over $700 worth of food and drinks. Also, make sure people know if you rent out a room for privacy that there is a minimum charge of food ordered. This should not have been disclosed at the end of the night but rather upon booking this room. The manager seemed to be a little nicer than expected, but there still were a lot of issues. Just treating good paying customers a little better is all I'm going to say."
