"Nice restaurant and good vibe. I personally was not a fan of the chunky authentic guacamole; prefer the creamy, normal guacamole. However, this is personal preference. The chicken chim were great, especially since there were two of them and they were both pretty good sized. The beans were not mushy and with a lot of juice, like a lot of places, so it took some getting used to but this better as there is less filler. There is a bar and standard drink selections. All in all, a rather enjoyable experience. Recommend. EDIT: Do NOT park in the AT&T parking lot as they will tow you if you do [because they have nothing else better to do. Don 't use AT&T service either since it has poor coverage and reception. ; ."

"I'd give it less then a star if I could. All nashville chipotles are bad, this one is seriously next level terrible. You'd think enough 1 stars and complaints directly to the company would get them to do something. Nah. Came once when corporate was there... they put on the full show. It hasn't been like that since and wasn't like that before. Go to chick fil a down the street. Or Taco Bell. Really anywhere else."

"The first time that this place got Burritos they were really good, so that definitely this place would give an attempt if you were in the area. We will definitely try again. I would also like to say that there was cash at the bottom and they had no way to take my money, so they gave us the meal for free, which was about $30 so much thanks."

"I hate giving a bad review as I would always prefer to give a place a chance to respond and correct a problem I report in hopes I can give a good review. Unfortunately in this case I was not able to even get through to anyone to listen to my complaint. I have been ordering off and on throughout the last year through Grubhub because of Covid. I have placed about 11 orders and although not an exact count, at least 5 of those orders have had one or more things wrong with them or something left out. Only the last time and today did I report the problem on the Grubhub order site and got my money back. That is not what is important to me, what I want is my order right the first time! I feel ALL delivery orders, no matter how busy the store, should be double checked before going out! Today after placing my order online, I called the store to ask a manager to double check my order before sending it out. I was placed on hold with a curt “hold please” and could hear orders being processed in the background. After 5.5 minutes I hung up. I tried the number back and pressed the same option and have not been able to get anything but a busy signal for the last hour and half. Perhaps I am still on hold there. My order arrived in the meantime and was wrong again. I will keep trying to speak to a manager today, but have already placed a call to the District Manager. So disappointing. I have one star because the food tasted good."
