"The café looks beautiful, just like a European, picturesque coffee house. The bartender is great. Pretty informal and relaxed atmosphere inside. The coffee was fantastic. However, the hot chocolate was very subduing. The chocolate gantry bakery was also very overwhelming. It looked so rich, but didn't taste like that. The chocolate quality was not too good. It was dry, not fresh and a little sweeter. Overall, the café could be the perfect place for a date."

"This place is super cute and the service is delightful. I think it was Adam who helped me and I had an amazing dirty chai per his recommendation. Along with some food to go. They were very generous portions and it was very tasty I highly recommend them. And the tots are to die for."

"I’ve worked on Broadway for a couple of years now and I understand how Broadway works. This is a coffee shop that has an unwritten policy of the bathrooms being “out of order”. That is utterly ridiculous!These bathrooms have been “out of order” for the entirety of my tenure on Broadway. I understand that there are homeless people in Nashville but you cannot punish your paying customers by refusing to have your bathrooms open on the OFF chance that a homeless person uses the restroom.Needs of the many vs the needs of the few should not have to be a part of a business plan for a coffee shop. How is this allowed by a corporate entity???Staff is consistently rude when asked about the bathroom and barely musters more than pursed lips when taking an order at best. I don’t know why this has been allowed to be the standard culture for this location.Worst location in Nashville."
