"There were 4 of us and we were in the mood for an salad and maybe a sandwich. read the reviews and the menu that looked like the stop for what everyone wanted. the personal was super friendly and attentive. the salatable was great. had a lot of change. three of the four in the group had sandwiches and really enjoyed them. I would definitely recommend this for good eating and eating cheap."

"Exceptional quality and service. I ate here every day when I worked in the street office. The guy manager always gave it nice and delivered excellent service, no matter how long the line was or how many people were in the store. After a short time he thought about my order and knew to make it when I came in. I'll visit this subway when I'm in the area."

"We had a great lunch at Big Al's today! We arrived a little late for breakfast (it ends at 10:30am , so we had a few minutes to wait while we sat the counter and got to know Big Al, AJ and Mike. When you enter, you feel like you're in their home. We lovedchatting with them and hearing the story of how Big Al's Deli came to be. My husband ordered the chicken and waffles (deliciousand a LOT of food! and I ordered the cherry fig pork loin (highly recommend . The biscuits and corn cakes were delicious aswell. It felt like a truly local experience with so much character, unlike the other trendy Germantown restaurants. Don't missthis spot and come ready to linger for a bit and chat with these wonderful folks!"

"Each of us had the hot chai latte. Husband had his with milk and was hot but mine was with almond milk and was not hot. Entrance is involved with the construction going on inside but I don't know why the inside looked so disheveled."

"Terrible service! The lady who works during the night does NOT care about what she?s doing. She called us stupid for ordering four foot longs and kept cursing. Her coworker had no gloves on when he was prepping food. The lady complained about every little thing that we told her to put on the sandwiches. Avoid this place the manger and owner don?t even care about who they hire. To them, they don?t care about any of their customers. Never eating here again."
