"A server that drowns with 12 customers present. 30 minutes waiting for an unprepared poor tartar. Not even a drop of ketchup to season it. not counting the 15 minutes before this young server has to take our order! a 13:30... not possible to take a menu yet announced until 14:00! So I put 2 to the smile of the boss who rather than taking only apprentices should think of his image! A little professionalism would do good. Probably my worst restaurant/brewery in 5 years!"
