"That's a country cook. The prices were amazing. We had a dinner and loved it so much we went to breakfast the next day. Fed 6 people for less than 10 people and it was a lot of food. The staff waiting for us on the first day was amazing and the waitress we had on the second day was also great. Although one of the waiting employees was rude and swearing to the staff, I didn't hold it against them."

"No one can please a southern man with southern food, the cookies were as good as my grandmothers, although a little less fat. The chicken was amazing, gravy good, steak fries big, the whole thing was very good, but I will say it was crowded the seats were a little unpleasant for an old lady and a fat man. All in all a very good place to eat when your willing to spend a little more for a bit more. Thanks for the experience!"

"The breakfast with the family had 15 waiting for a table because it is busy, did not know that they can make a reservation. we sat in the sister's restaurant (hook and barrel), because they needed more space to fit all the people who came this morning. very nice inside and eating was delicious. would recommend the avocado toast and mini zimt brötchen. art expensive at feeding 5 but food is a good price for quality"
