"Our first experience was our last. Our waitress messed up our order 3 times. We ordered kids French toast with a fruit cup (that we never got), kid 's chocolate chip pancakes (came out with long blond hair in them), and two orders of the corned beef and hash one with only onions in the potatoes and one with plain potatoes. The first our food came out, it was missing the corned beef with onions (our waitress said she accidentally deleted it off our order) and the plain one had peppers and onions. That was sent back. The second time the plates came out, the one that needed onions was plain, and the one that was supposed to be plain still had peppers. The third time my husband just said never mind and sent his food back. The worst part of it all was our waitress was audibly talking about our table and how we irritated her to the kitchen staff. We could hear the entire conversation. She never came back to our table after that. No apologies, nothing. I had to walk up to the front counter to ask for our check only to find out they did not charge us for anything which was nice, but the waitress could have conducted herself a lot differently. I pray that she does so with future customers."

"Food wasn't bad, but the woman who was working the last time we ordered was awful. She seemed totally annoyed by having to take so many separate orders, and was even ruder when it was picked up. Even though it was a large order, and the only one on the counter, she gave my coworker a hard time because she didn't know the phone number it was placed from. Coming from Medexpress, and wearing scrubs made it completely insulting. Who poses as healthcare workers to steal Chinese takeout? I would think during this time, restaurants were more appreciative of loyal, and frequent customers. Extremely disappointed."

"The food was AMAZING when we finally did receive our food but what is the point of reservations if you have to wait for another hour to be seated.
