"Le Castel du Mont Boisé is not only a small restaurant, but also a very cozy, romantic little hotel. It is located just above Montelimar, where there is a famous Nougat Museum. If there is time to look at. it's great. So now back to this romantic hotel. We had reserved and arrived there in beautiful weather. Since my husband does not speak French, he tried to speak Spanish, and promptly the maiden answered Spanish. Later it turned out that she was Spaniard, married to a Frenchman. This couple restored the hotel and lovingly made it right. I don't know exactly, but I think there's approx. 8 rooms, lovingly furnished and generously from the place (30 m2 with large bathroom. Shower is a bit divided, so you can also take a couple to the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. There is a large breakfast room also lovingly furnished rustically. You can also eat there in bad weather. After we were led to our room, the very accommodating boss asked us if we would like to have dinner there or whether we would like to go to the place. Since we had a long drive behind us, we decided to go there. She said there would be a 3 course menue for 25, Euro. We were very excited. The food became sensational. Everything super delicious and lovingly prepared. We ordered a bottle of red wine from the region for 12, Euro. We could determine the time of dinner. We decided for 8:00. So we had enough time to explore the property. Everywhere are cozy outdoor seating areas with benches and small tables and parasols. And I would like to mention the magnificent swimming pool just below the main level of the Castell. There are also loungers and an outdoor shower. Everything is very well maintained. We enjoyed the pleasant bathroom. Now it was time to make up for the dinner, and maybe to drink a tea in the room, kettle and different teas were also a small table in our room, all right. The 3 courses Menue was served on the covered outdoor terrace. s.o. We sat outside for a long time because it was a wonderful late summer evening. The night in our room was very pleasantly quiet and relaxing. The next morning breakfast was very lavish for French conditions. Coffee or tea and fresh milk, orange juice, sausage and cheese, various types of bread. I would like to mention the egg cooker from Germany, the boss is particularly proud of this, and this is particularly good for the guests. Unfortunately we had to go on our journey. But we will come back and spend a few days there....Super"
