"I always say Whitey’s malts are so much better than Country style, they mix them up way better. I had a question about the Turtle Sundae? How can it be a Turtle without Carmel on it! Butterscotch is not a equal trade for it. I also have to complain tonight I asked for a Chocolate cherry malt and when I got home it was a chocolate shake yuck! Was a big let down! Wasn’t busy either only 2 people in there."

"I drove from almost 2 hours to get the cauliflower crust pizza! By far the best pizza I have ever had! I couldn't even tell I was eating cauliflower crust. Ever type of pizza I have had, has been amazing! Top Hat has something for everyone!"

"Really good burgers and cheese curds, waitress had refills at the ready. Went for breaded cauliflower but was told they no longer served- bummer they had really good ones, sat 6 in round corner booth with plenty of room, was able to have conversation without a bunch of noise."

"Absolute best best of coffee I’ve had in a long time!! Was traveling through the area and googled for a coffee shop. So glad I came here. Don’t miss this place if you are passing through the quad-cities. Definitely worth it!! Would’ve given 10 stars if I could’ve. We had the 3-shot Americano. Superbly roasted coffee and brewed by people who know how to make espresso."

"The restaurant is bright, clean and welcoming. The food is fantastic. Portion sizes are just shy of huge. Staff was very fast and friendly. Little on the pricey side but given the excellent experience well worth it. Docked one star from atmosphere due to the cavernous seating space that's a little loud with even a few parties present.
