"I just went to Sprout today for the very first time (Saint Paul location)! I placed an order online for the Riviera Nicoise salad. The online ordering process was seamless and my order was ready to pick up in less than ten minutes. It is a good thing they have this option, because the line can be out the door! I have mixed feelings about the salad. The potatoes were cooked perfectly, but the salmon was a little hard and dry. The dressing was great, but the leafy greens (watercress, arugula, and frisee) were on the verge of going bad. They were crinkly, a little soggy, broken into small little pieces, and had a slight bagged lettuce smell. It looked like the salad had been mixed so much, the lettuces had bends and bruises. Also, the boiled eggs were chopped very small it didn't seem like there was much put in there. Despite all those nuances, the salad did taste good. It would have tasted better if those other things were on par. I will give this place another try, though, and will update my review, if things get better. Update Got another salad today (May 9th, 2016) and the lettuce was yellow with green and black dots. I can't believe they serve this stuff. They charge so much you'd think you'd they'd serve great quality products. If you're in St. Paul, go to Maison Darras instead. They don't have as much variety, but their salads are consistently of good quality. If Sprouts is ALL about salads, they should have at least the freshness and quality down right."

"The service was great. The wrap I had was huge, sorta like a chipotle burrito. It was almost too big for me. I will go back as everything was very fresh. I like the choices they have but would even like to see some more exotic items for salads."
