"Repris par la cuisinière, ce restaurant est réouvert depuis Février 2016 mérite d'être connu tant sa cuisine régionale et française est excellente. Le cadre est magnifique, le service est à la hauteur du cadre et de la cuisine. U grand bravo à la patronne, qui est en cuisine, et à toute son équipe. "The best “côté de veau au cèpes” I have eaten. never was a lover of the kalbs, always found it thin and lack of taste. this was the opposite, thick and tasteful, and the sauce was a joy. a la carte. in the following night we had just...“soupé de poisson” (too much as usual) an excellent suppe with fish pieces, not a mosss. end evening the menu, “velouté de courgette” , gambas (3) petersilie and garlauch, “blanquette de veau” and a local torte of pears mandel and chocolate finish. all above a quality, taste and quantity that contradicts the cost of 23€. if they are close to mimizan, if they are open, even if they do not stay in the hotel, they eat there."
