"We have been there last Saturday night to drink drinks and eat. we could sit on the bar. there were 2 tables that had customers. we ordered food. we had a drink, then a second. 40 minutes are over. No eating. the bartender never informed us until we asked, he said they were short. they just started our eating. we canceled the order and left. I'm not back. if they go on like that, they'll be down."

"The food wasn’t as good as used to be. They’re missing the kick that traditionally represent Hotel Madrid cuisine. The ambient was pretty good except for a group of people little noise with pretty bad words in Spanish. When the group left everything was great. The Red Sangría as always the best in town. The churros with “dulce de leche” delicious"

"Cocktails are great. I had the Moon River Mule—a Rishi ginger tea infused vodka mule. Yum. The food is fine. Pretty greasy. There isn’t much meat in the kung pao chicken, but that was ok because the veg was plentiful and decent. The service has been lacking the last two times we’ve been there. We’ll continue to go, but just be advised that you shouldn’t expect great service."
