"I?ve been coming here since it opened and at first it was great the last two times I?ve had to cut a worker off to get their attention after 5-10 minutes of standing there watching others after me be helped and just completely ignored. The service has gone down. I?m very disappointed. I asked for a receipt and the lady couldn?t even give me that. Like just wow. Wish I could speak to the owner or manager cause this was just absolutely a shocker how rude and down the service has gone since opening. Definitely lost me and my family?s service. Sad I?d rather drive an hour away for food then come here again and be disrespected and belittled."

"My wife and I were here for the first time. We sat pretty fast and asked what we wanted to drink and whether we were ready to order. We gave the waitress our drinks requests and told her we were not ready. It took about 15 minutes until she came back to us as several customers left at the same time. I ordered the ribs, Brisket, Mac n cheese and perpetrators. The meats were dry without the delicious BBQ sauce and the sides were really good. My wife had the chicken and loaded potatoes she said was good. The staff was very nice and friendly, but they seemed understated and overwhelmed. I really appreciate seeing the whole hometown sign, especially Chris Kyle support. We will return here to try different dishes."
