"Very disappointed in the food. This used to be one of our favorite places. Prices are up, quality is down, not a manager in sight the last two times weâve dined. Chicken and fish entrees were dry, and not much selection. Such a shame."

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for its overall vibe and proximity to downtown. We were visiting memphis for a comedy show and wanted to stay somewhere unique. The hotel was beautiful and somewhat romantic with it being a train station as well. However, our stay was very disappointing, having had one issue after another. My husband is a diabetic and needs a refrigerator to store his medication. The amenities that are shown to come with the room included a refrigerator, however, there was no refrigerator in the room. The front desk did hear our complaint and had one brought up though, which was very much appreciated. Another thing missing from the room was a remote, which we were also able to obtain. However, other issues with the room include, glass on the bathroom floor, no shampoo or conditioner in the dispensers, the Keurig being unplugged (we had to pull out the whole tv console to plug it in), the tv didn’t even work with the remote, exposed wires from the alarm clock, dust on the drinking glasses, and the hotel itself is like a maze. Although the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean, we won’t be staying here again. I don’t recommend this hotel."

"I'm going to give this place 4 stars, even though there were a few issues. So, I'll focus on the positive. Super friendly staff, the drinks were fantastic, and the French onion soup, is hands down, some of, if not the best in the country."
