"Took them a min to stop talking with each other and decide who was going to come take my order. I got Tim bits that were still warm so I really liked that but they were still discussing outside of work topics while making my order and they forgot to make my coffee and walked away from the counter to go talk to a friend that was at the drive thru... I had to wait and try to get someone's attention so that they could make my coffee I would say I waited about 10 mins before I got someone's attention. I'm all for having fun and discussion while at work but to deliver great customer service... you need to focus on your customer as if they are the most important guest in your store .. after your done with the guest go back to chatting with the other staff and as long as your having fun while doing your work then your all ok with me!!! So keep having fun !!!!!! My coffee was perfect and the tim bits to die for lol thanks guys"

"On our way home we made a quick lunch stop. What a great staff! Everyone was cheerful and polite. I had to have an all time favourite of mine-a Teen Burger -it didn’t disappoint!"

"I had an unfortunate experience and really should write a trashing review, but I'm pretty sure it was not the norm. This looks like a good family restaurant being run by a good family and when my meal had an issue they did what they could to make it right. Because of the way they handled it, if I'm ever back in Melville I would make a point of trying it again. At least my issue proved that they are making things on site and just not serving factory food."

"We went to eat a quick lunch before a ball game. We gave ourselves 45 minutes which should be adequate at a fast food restaurant. The order took 1/2 hour so we had to get it "to go "in order to get to the ball game...in time. We had ordered a salad and found when we got to the game we had no fork so no way of eating the salad so had to return to get a fork. Very poor service."
