"If I could give this McDonald's zero star I would, my experience here has always been poor. Every coffee I have ever had is either cold or bitter or just warm milk. I have left a feedback twice and not been in contact since. I then Went back to speak with a manager and he laughed and no apology, no refund or replacement or any form of compensation, overall unprofessional disgusting"

"We visited for lunch on Saturday. The service at the mc cafe was great. Our toasted sandwiches and coffees were spot on and cheap. I was there for forty minutes. in that time, two ice afflicted people roamed the cafe. I honestly feel sorry for staff... the girl at the cafe counter handled the hassling so well."

"At the point where Queen's Parade splits into Heidelberg Rd is this magnificent building. Too good to just have a McDonalds inside. It was once the Great Britain Hotel back in the 1930's. There are ornamental gardens out the front. It is a great art...deco building of Jazz Modern style. Thankfully it is heritage listed and is one of the most fancy places you will find a McDonalds in Melbourne. The food is the usual Big Mac's and Mc Aussies. It is a drive through and you can order through the drive through window 24hrs. The restaurant itself closes around 1am."

"Went to Taco Bill's Clifton Hill and what a mistake. Entered to tired decor and no host. Stood in the entrance for nearly 5 minutes before someone came out to seat us. Waiter gave us tortilla chip and salsa and food and wine menu and then disappeared. We waited and waited before a lady came ( at least 10-15 minutes) to see did we want a drink or food. There was no banter or smiles on the face, just two servers who looked like they didn't want to be there. I ordered chicken fajita's and other guest ordered slow cooked supreme beef burrito. Within 3-4 minutes the food was in the table but the only problem was the burrito had been microwave and grilled under a burner. It was inedible and the meat had a nasty tang to it. The chicken fajita was ok but nothing special. When the lady server came over to us, we told her about the food, which was hardly touched, and she swiped it off the table, no apology,and glared at us with the "not happy Jan" face. The whole time we were there, there was only 8 people in the place. The table we sat on had swear words engraved in it and the double glazed window had insects trapped inside. Dirty. There was absolutely no atmosphere either with the place or the staff. When we went to pay, we were not charged for the uneaten meal but the lady did fling the receipt at me and did not even offer any conversation. Stay away from Clifton Hill Taco Bill !"

"Amazing experience! so a popular place and very family friendly! the personal was super amazing and helpful. the robots were very entertaining and I loved that the dumplings were made fresh and displayed for everyone! the waitress, lyn, was super friendly and helpful considering how busy it was. they did not hesitate to answer all our questions. the food was delicious and fresh! will definitely go back!"

"It was so nice to come across this cafe while out walking. The menu is all plant based and everything on the menu looked lovely. We had the best home made, large carrot cake muffins and great coffee. The staff were very friendly. Will definitely be returning."

"Sometimes you just need something a little bit naughty and calorific!! Petit Tresor is not for those on a diet, they are temptation personified! Their beautiful little store has windows, fridges and display cabinets packed full of beautiful baked treats. There are stunning savouries and the prettiest cakes to choose from, a damn good coffee and there are always nice staff waiting to bring you whatever you desire."
