"I came to have some brunch with my sister and our children. It was a very hot day and we both had newborn babies. There was a wait so we had to wait it out in the heat. The hostess Ciara truly made an impact on our experience. She offered a fan for our little ones and she even made sure we sat in a cool place while we enjoyed our meal. She even can back to our table and made sure we were comfortable and explained how she really cared about how we feel and that we were ok. We need more people like her in the work force!"

"Outback has been one of my favorite places to eat for many years.. but im a little disappointed today. They sent bread like always, but with the smallest amount of butter ever. Barely enough for a tiny portion of the bread. I called and asked for horseradish on the side, then sent some pre-made sauce, its ok... but ijist wanted plain horseradish... nd no ranch dressing with the Aussie fries. Part Aussie fries is their ranch dipping sauce. However, The food is good, and the steak is cooked well."

"Our very first visit there, we ordered the soup with all the vegetables. It was delivered with all kinds of sides, but never having been there before we didn't know what to add to the soup. Thankfully, one of the customer's noticed the expression on my face, and mimed what we were supposed to do with the sides. The soup was enjoyable, but it isn't a restaurant I would rush back to."

"My wife invited me here for my birthday... And we both loved it... We had wings as an appetizer, and then juicy steaks with rice pilaf, asparagus, Mac and cheese and a beautiful loaded potato... For drinks a long pour margarita with cartridge tequila and she had a good Malibu bay breeze, (here drink a little too small for me) Overall very delicious... Congratulations Long Horn!!!!"

"There is a Asian waitress who has a short yellow hair she was very rude to a Asian -face customer. She showed customers attitude but she was very nice to the native speakers (except Asian face). I really dont understand.
