"My friend (she is French) and I went to dinner on May 18, 2013. I ordered a medium steak that was described in the menu as 'sweet and juicy meat'. when it arrived, it was hard and could not be cut with the steak knife. we talked to the waitress and asked that it should be changed, she called the maître d' and he was rude and brutal and said that it should be such a middle steak. I showed him that it can't even be cut to be eaten, but he brushed my comments aside. I have pushed the plate away from indefinite meat and he has quickly removed it. my friend suggested that they provide at least one free whisper. he refused rudely. the waitress was very disturbed by the turn of events and apologised in their own name and said that she was new and the man is known to be rude in his behavior. when we left the bill paid (including the inedible steaks) and the maître d', it made a point to move quickly away from the door may be anxious that I would tell him what I thought of him and his restaurant. my guesses, not go there, there are several other restaurants in the food dish."

"This is a traditional small French restaurant offering good value set menu lunches. They also specialise in fried carp and we have used them in the past just to stop for a coffee. They are on the main road through the town and there are a couple of parking places outside but you may find it easier to head for the church where is a decent sized free car park. The village is quite interesting to walk round if you have a few spare minutes. The restaurant offers a menu with house specialities including fried carp but the value meal is the menu of the day. Wine is available by carafe at very reasonable prices. Before long it is planned to provide the town with a by-pass but we will then turn off to this village for this restaurant. No doubt the village will feel much quieter."
