"Slow to take orders. Slow to bring food. The high chairs aren't constructed correctly and my daughter almost fell through the leg slots. Luckily she got stuck halfway before it hit her in the throat. Food is good when it arrives if you survive."

"Three stars because it seems odd to leave two stars for a place that has so many positive reviews.It was our first visit today but sadly it’s probably our last. The service was good and we were seated immediately. Not crowded or anything so we thought it would be a great place to grab lunch.They have a good selection of beer which is always a plus. The waitress was attentive and friendly.The food however was… bad.I ordered a medium/well burger and it definitely was far into the well done category. The cheese was almost no existent (sad too as I was wanting to try the Sweetwater farms cheese). My fries however were fantastic!My wife ordered something that she basically didn’t even touch. She said it wasn’t good at all. I was able to identify that she ordered sweet potato fries. She said they seemed as though they were cooked a day or so ago. Lacking flavor and just overall Terrible. The bacon was so fatty and undercooked that she immediately sat it aside.For a 50$ lunch I would have expected a lot more.I did love the choice of music and the overall looks of the place. Just wish we had taken our waitress’s recommendation and tried the pizza instead ?"

"Just for some good advice, it's never a good financial business move to place a si gle high top person ALL THE WAY TO THE BACK WALL of your restaurant and expect to make good money off of them. No one to enter face with at all. You business is built on wings beer and fun. Families of 5 to 10 spend less money than a single person working out of town who could eat and drink here every day for weeks.Train you hosts better, after all a Texas based company should know better."

"This was the worst dining experience we have ever had . I purchased a 20 dollar Groupon because I loved going to the place. We went had a few beers and burgers. Food was good, but when the bill came they only subtracted 14 dollars from the bill and claimed Groupon didn't cover alcohol, which it CLEARLY states in the fine print that it does until 10 pm by Tennessee State Law. When we asked them about this and the other $6 they could not give a solid answer. The waitress was seemed extremely aggravated and rude when we had questions about the bill. She even stomped off at one point yelling down a hallway trying to embarrass us. The manager came to our table and told us we should of ordered something more expensive than the hamburgers. The staff seem to get louder and made a scene in front of the other customers when they could not accommodate us or answer our questions.
