"Anyone who appreciates a unique restaurant with a very special, friendly atmosphere will love this place. The food is definitely a step above and the Reuben sandwich is out of this world. I have been several times and as always found it to be a delightful place. An added bonus was finding a special Christmas gift for my hard-to-buy-for granddaughter. If you love a quiet, quaint place to enjoy a wonderful meal, this is the place! There are no televisions and it has been a pleasure to enjoy eating and being able to engage in conversation with your companions, you will love this place."

"This was the worst dining experience we have ever had . I purchased a 20 dollar Groupon because I loved going to the place. We went had a few beers and burgers. Food was good, but when the bill came they only subtracted 14 dollars from the bill and claimed Groupon didn't cover alcohol, which it CLEARLY states in the fine print that it does until 10 pm by Tennessee State Law. When we asked them about this and the other $6 they could not give a solid answer. The waitress was seemed extremely aggravated and rude when we had questions about the bill. She even stomped off at one point yelling down a hallway trying to embarrass us. The manager came to our table and told us we should of ordered something more expensive than the hamburgers. The staff seem to get louder and made a scene in front of the other customers when they could not accommodate us or answer our questions. "Love Culver's! Everything is delicious! The crinkle fries made to order, the butter burger is so delicious, the spicy chicken sandwich is actually spicy, and omg the custard is the best I've ever had so many choices plus Flavor of the day! Not just a burger place, dinners with fish, chicken and more also fresh salads..Can't say enough about the food options, always fresh and satisfying. This location is what I've experienced at every location here in the south and in the north, very hospitable employees eager to help you with your choices and very friendly smiling faces. Very clean accomodations and the bathrooms as well.The parking lot is big and drive through very quick and organized parking lanes for overflow. Great place for everyone.. and make sure you try the custard! ????"

"Three stars because it seems odd to leave two stars for a place that has so many positive reviews.It was our first visit today but sadly it’s probably our last. The service was good and we were seated immediately. Not crowded or anything so we thought it would be a great place to grab lunch.They have a good selection of beer which is always a plus. The waitress was attentive and friendly.The food however was… bad.I ordered a medium/well burger and it definitely was far into the well done category. The cheese was almost no existent (sad too as I was wanting to try the Sweetwater farms cheese). My fries however were fantastic!My wife ordered something that she basically didn’t even touch. She said it wasn’t good at all. I was able to identify that she ordered sweet potato fries. She said they seemed as though they were cooked a day or so ago. Lacking flavor and just overall Terrible. The bacon was so fatty and undercooked that she immediately sat it aside.For a 50$ lunch I would have expected a lot more.I did love the choice of music and the overall looks of the place. Just wish we had taken our waitress’s recommendation and tried the pizza instead ?"

"The first time. Just came from a 9 month stretch, not eating because of throat cancer treatment. And now I wanted to see what it was about. Ordnete small frits and 2 patties all the way. When I saw the fat on the brown paper bag, I knew I was in the right place. I was determined to come through the fantastic Pommes, consumed in Malz vinegar, so the burger waited. 45 minutes later I finished the frits (I have to eat slowly today). The fries were the truth, and everything I had heard and hoped they would be. I only had space for a few curious bites on the Burger, but it was also excellent and stored until later. I needed a nap, but it was $15 well invested when I had believed a big burger during the treatment. 5 people delivered. I had back in LA for a few years and it was good, but 5 guys win this battle to me. Next are Shake Shack and Whataburger. Who will win? Me, who."
