"One of the worst experiences at this location. My food was not fresh.. And the guy working drive thru was very unprofessional!! He could definitely use more training in customer service... I tried contacting the restaurant the next day to speak to a manager, no answer. And contacted corporate office, but No response back from anyone.. this location won't get my business anymore...."

"Was there to dinner for a journey thru order. two 3 pieces, koleslaw they were, and three cookies. go into the window and was said that they were made of dark meat and white meat would be an additional fee or wait 10 minutes. when we said we didn't wait 10 minutes, they came with the huh. it's dinner and out of shy and no bun ready is ridiculous. all they sell is huh and it's dinner. unnecessary to say, girls had a job and we didn't even get our cookies. Last time here."

"This place is the best!!! Came here for the first time a few weeks ago and have been coming back ever since. First off the parking is free and there are plenty of spots. The chicken comes out hot and crispy the best chicken I have ever had. The drinks are really strong it takes one or two to really get you there, servers are great, music has a nice variety. I always have a good experience at Harolds, definitely recommend."
