"Started my order (bowl) added the rice and beans, then the meat was not ready, so set my bowl aside to wait for meat, then proceeded to finish making my bowl, the staff was hurried and not paying attention to the order. My husband proceeded to order his burrito and again in a hurried way, the person making the burrito made it wrong and started being rude and disrespectful when spoken to. We asked for management and management was not listening/engaged, so I paid for my bowl and we left very unsatisfied and frankly angry. We live in a small town with limited dining options, and I would hate to have to remove Chipotle as one of my options."

"Lately we noticed that this place is becoming a real disgrace. Not only they won 't answer the phones and if they do they just say hello without mentioning the name of the restaurant. Meals are shrinking, they forget to put some ingredients, like cilantro for example tonight I picked up my four plates and none of them had cilantro or the corn tortillas. I called to tell them I didn 't get my tortillas and they just say hello and hung up on me. I tried to speak to a young guy a few weeks ago, I think was the cook very rude almost left without listening what I had to say. When they first open this place people at the front were very attentive and polite. I can 't say the same about the new staff. The women that supposed to answer the phones just hung around at the kitchen to chit chat. Owner needs to replace all these people. I am glad new Mexican restaurants are coming to Maricopa. They used to be my favorite not anymore."

"The food was delicious. We ordered the small family meal of Carnitas. The meat was tenderly cooked, then slightly grilled to perfection. I like to separate each item in boxes so that the vegetables remained fresh and crisp and the tortillas were not soggy. The pico was actually a little sharp what we like. This is by far our new favorite sex food spot. We'll be back for more!"
