"As always it was immaculately clean, the staff is all friendly and attentive. it is covid safe and they are trying to calm those who are nervous to eat out in these difficult times. the tables are well spaced and wiped for each customer, the menus are easy. nothing is too much annoying, eating is excellent and plentiful. since discovering it a few years ago it has become ours. highly recommended and all my family and friends visit now too!"

"I've been here before and it can be a bit slow on service, but the food has been ok enough in the past (although only ever had breakfast). However last experience was terrible. Service was so so slow. Took them ages to take our drink order, and then it took them even longer to make our drinks. Whilst waiting for drinks they didn't come to take our food order, had to flag them down. They then started making a fuss about there possibly being a wait on food...We assured them we only wanted 3 sandwiches with chips and 1 fish cakes. Fish cakes arrived after about 15 mins so 1 of our group ate whilst we watched. Sandwiches arrived 30 minutes later so we had them packed up to take away. Got them home....dry, stale bread, hard bacon (in the club sandwich), so much red onion. Just the worst food and service ever. Will never return."

"We had the set dinner tonight and it was delicious. it has a varied starter and three different courses for the main. the food tastes fresh and spicy and is well balanced with the taste. in any case worth a visit."

"Had the mega mixed grill. Simply said it was the best restaurant I had ever had and believe it to me that I had a few. under new management with a new menu . another plus was a separate menu for gluten-free for my wife, which meant that they do not have to trawl through the whole menu on the look for the small Gf sign. in any case be back."

"Very nice people who run the tea rooms can be a little pricey but they give u that personal touch that makes it a very rare experience in these times. Gluten and vegan friendly also. Real made tea through leaves and strainer food very tasty and cakes are very Moorish."
