"The food and the whole experience was better than I expected all you can eat food is sometimes not the finest but here it is very good. Only slight issue was that we were to order in two groups as there was 11 of us on a long rectangular table and the first two large orders to arrive were delivered to the wrong end which no description of what each dish was , this seemed to be sorted out before long and I would not remove a rating 'Dot ' for such a minor thing. It was a child 's birthday and he absolutely loved the robot deliveries. Not expensive , lots of room around the tables (probably for the robots to come and go but I hate being boxed in) and were took our time, we were there for about 3 hours on a Saturday evening and nobody rushed us at all very enjoyable for the whole group."

"We went for the Omakase experience which is their six course signature tasting menu. Their salmon tartare and beef tataki were exceptional. Their final four dishes, while tasty, they didn't quite hit the heights of their first two dishes. We also got a couple of cocktails and a carafe of wine all totalling around £190. I think while on the high side, the price was what I expected of a restaurant with this type of lively atmosphere (it is within a 5 star hotel). The staff were really helpful and friendly (Mark who served us most the time deserves a special mention)."

"We waited more than an hour for our mains, with mains arriving at tables who ordered after we did. Considering that there are only four mains on the lunch menu, the wait time is inexplicable. The quality of the food was adequate but was certainly not worth the wait."
