"I have been to this dinner on a number of occasions in the past, however not in the last months, so Visit was for adults and children on a Friday evening, I was extremely disappointed with the experience, as we were shown...to our seating area, the tables of very dirty and the seals of the table was coming off, we asked the waiter to clean the table, he did but the whole place just felt very grubby and run down, as I went to place my order at the counter, the waitress didn’t seem to be bothered, she kept talking to her colleagues whilst taking my order, seemed like she was doing me a favour. Food was ok, not as great as I remember it used to be, I recall meeting the owner of the place in the restaurant a few years back and he was really nice, i wonder if he knows how bad the standards have slipped with the staff he has left in charge, overall the service was really poor especially the staff on the counter, the whole place needs a deep clean and a tidy up."

"We arrived to be told our booking was not recognised through open table. We arrived just after 6 and we were served at 7.40. We were late for Billy Joel. Not happy with our experience."

"It is refreshing to find today a great place! very nice, attentive staff, good eating and a perfect atmosphere thank you!<br br/> I feel sensitive and must also be careful with my diet and this restaurant is also very good in these conditions. I have heard very sensitive and today it is hard to find somewhere without terrible jamming music while they eat, I am very grateful for this place and the cold environment. also the selection of drinks is excellent. I do not consume sweeteners and many places offer only diet drinks. I had a nice rhubarb rose drink and it was divine and there was no sweetener!<br br/> a beautiful jewel in beautiful nq thanks!"

"Clean modern furnishings and a large menu- can recommend the seafood board starters! nice personal and simply delicious food. big party of 11 of us. eating came hot and personal just perfectly attentive with drinks orders. a lovely night and no wonder that tripadvisor rated them so high x"

"After I had seen alabamas with slang in front of the door, I was surprised when we arrived to see it quietly on Thursday morning. as avid menu reader (my phone is full of pdfs) I already knew what I had and ordered the steak-hase and the banoffee pfannkuchen. I had heard GREAT thing about alabama's fluffy American pancakes and they did not disappoint (especially these candied pancakes.) but for me the steak stole the show. it was a very well cooked, very well balanced dish. service was good (if a little slow,) but I would definitely return for the first. my only reservation was for the case that it did not live to my first excellent experience. the best brunch I have eaten in some places without doubt."

"I always heard good things, so this place tried out and eating was brilliant. steak and chips with melted cheese together with halate, steak cooked to perfection and chips really nice and crispy and fluffy inside. very reasonable, friendly staff and menu has just enough to decide. not too much listed and good quantity desserts to choose. highly recommended and will definitely go back."
