"Just had a very sub standard meal! Poor, cramped table, asked to be moved. Stale, tough bread had to wait 15 minutes for fresh. Salad was appalling. Old soggy lettuce with lots of black bits. No classic entrecôte steak ( they'd run out!) had to have the larger size and I could only eat about half due to the gristle! This was the worst experience in the 20 years we have been visiting Buffalo Grills. On a positive note the beer was good and the wine acceptable. Given a very small discount and no apology. What a let down!"
