"Came today with a party of 13. The hostess said it would wait, but could work it out. She took our name and number and told us she'd call us to let us know when our table was ready. From the moment we left, we saw their large groups of people, with a continuous flow afterwards for the next hours. We were there right after 12:00 and it's 5:25 and they haven't called us yet. We had older people and young children with us who were all hungry and tired and because we waited for them to call that we did not try to sit in other restaurants. When we decided not to wait any longer, the other restaurants were all booked. This one thing ruined our whole day as everyone was in the mood when we could find a place to eat."
