"In the frame of a arrangements in the adjacent 4* hotel bergström we were accommodated for a festively planned dinner due to the booking situation in the kanu operated by the same owner. in the house, also referred to as gallery, we expected a clear, stylish, cool and modern, more beautiful atmosphere, uncorrected, simpler dark wood tables with sofa benches and chairs. map and equipment with open kitchen american and presented by a fresh young team that reached in otherwise normal occupied local the limits of possible drink support; here, with the cash and large deficits were not going around. the offer trendy well sounding and with about 8, as well as main dishes at 18, € along with desserts against 6, € not quite cheap. 3 delicious brot with a small butter bowl were covered in advance. a spicy fine cold gazpacho uncorrected and somewhat negligent in jugendherbergstassen filled the otherwise well-tasted suppe something. after a big break, the main dishes followed preordered by 2 suggestions (the first was stroganoff art noticeably without a small part with croquettes on a double bed) of which I had decided to be cable jetty with dijonsenfsauce, a bay with a twin and paprika as well as roast potatoes. they had both dish dishes together: very clear and despite small group of only 10 people distributed almost 5 minutes apart. only the well preheated teller could prevent worse. the still slightly glazed fish fresh and tasty slightly handmade, but overall somewhat boring supplements. neither sweet nor sauce kept the kick expected in this house ready. only the later served brownie pie slices shed stubborn mass with chocolate topping, saw something and 2 celestial bodies had a little more impression. a small chaos in full (total) operation; the experiences in this beautiful ensemble remained behind the expectations."
