"Just left with a few friends and While we were there, sofia was our hostess, server, bartender, and we saw her doing to go orders on our way out. Despite being in the middle of a friday rush, sofia was very attentive, efficient, and had a great personality, definitely made our experience more enjoyable! An absolute great server!"

"Great place for vegetarians. I'm sure I'm good for vegans too. They'll change their gloves when you ask. And roll it on a meat-free surface. You are very accommodating and nice. Sometimes you get the occasional DB type working here that will rub you the wrong way, but most staff are very nice and I don't go here regularly, so hopefully the guy was fired. Good selection and you can get guac free because you do not use meat on your choice!!!! I tried the Sofritas once and they were disgusting! They tasted as if they were soaking in meat. Good for you people who have a taste for meat, but cannot commit to eating meat, but you can even find meat in them if you look hard enough. Updated by previous review on 2018-01-30"

"I've tried this place three different times. Thrice I was disappointed. The first time I got a California chicken sandwich and they forgot my avocado, and our waitress took forever to check on us and forever to bring the avocado that was supposed to be on my sandwich initially, since that's what the menu says and despite the fact that her section wasn't at all busy. But she did give excellent service to a friend of mine sitting at another table because she knew he's a decent tipper (not that I'm not, I'm in the service industry) the second time I went with a bigger group and got one beer, which took 15-20 minutes to receive, by the time I got it, I was ready for my ticket. Good thing I wasn't thirsty. The third time, my boyfriend ordered the Club sandwich for himself and the waitress brought a California chicken sandwich? I don't know how the two get confused. A club sandwich is pretty much the same wherever you go. He also ordered a California chicken sandwich--again for me and it was to go, and on the menu it says it's supposed to come with chips. It didn't come with anything, I didn't even bother calling since I already hate this place, and I highly doubt management would've done anything. They didn't forget the pickle though, which is confusing, how do you give a pickle but forget the chips the sandwich is supposed to come with. I know how to give good service and I try to cut other servers some slack, but when I get bad service and mistakes with my food on multiple occasions, it's irritating to the point my boyfriend and I will not be returning. Do not waste your time here, this place blows and their waitresses are mediocre at best."

"Good burger. 1st timer to this place. Loved the decor it was a little too dark for me since I'm blind from my left eye, couldn't see very well in there. Waitress was very nice. Will come back again to try the chicken fried chicken!!"
