"AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. First, let me say I haven't been here...yet. <br/ <br/ I live in Houston and wanted to find a cherry pie for my TTU son's birthday. I called and the owner answered the phone. I explained what I was looking for and couldn't have been more fortunate. Not only was she understanding but also kind and caring about getting this done for my son. The best part, however, was the call I received from my son. Cherry pie is his favorite and he said that this one ranks among the best he's had.<br/ <br/ Well done, Apple Tree Cafe and Bakery. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S VERY BEST!<br/ <br/ I'll definitely visit them on my next trip to Lubbock."

"I doordash deliver The one at 19th and University was horrible...I drove across town to pick up an order that certainly should have been ready when I arrived...it was 2 grilled cheese...no big deal,still had to wait 10+ minutes for them and I had another pickup to go get... I saw what I thought was my order get brought out and wrapped...and it was my order but they decided I wasn't important enough to bring the customers at least semi warm food.I guess they wanted this and my 2nd order to both be cold. I was not impressed. They weren't busy they were just BS'ing in the back. Would not suggest this location. The 1 by 82nd is far more professional."

"Fast and easy to order. they make her sandwich as they want. I ordered the 'melt' that was sinking, truthahn and speck with salat, tomato, spinach and light on the scab. I like my brot not roasted, but this is an option. the woman behind the counter was sweet and efficient."
