"An old-school shop. The menu confused me a bit and I guess it's one of those places that keeps the ice cream hidden (perhaps for better preservation), but I found what I was looking for: a mint chip ice cream cake. My slice delivered a strong mint flavor, and just the barest bit of graham cracker crust. They gave me a plastic fork, which couldn't make a dent in this thing; thankfully I carry metal utensils. A variety of other seasonal treats looked work trying."

"The food was simply delicious! Our family ordered the filet, the salmon, the chicken and the short ribs. Each one was spectacular! Sides were also good and we started with escargot and Brussel sprout appetizers (just ok). The atmosphere was cozy, but a little loud. Our waiter was terrific didn't rush us, recommended items, etc. We would definitely go again next time we are in Louisville."

"Five stars for the unique flavors which included bourbon pecan, hazelnut banana pudding and blackberry cobbler. But had to go overall four for taste. Customer service was average. Staff was not as attentive as other locations Ive visited in Louisville."
