"The most honest and trustful staff!! my wife happened to lose her iphone on the table outside and we realized that only an hour later. I am glad it was found by starbucks team who held it safe, returned it to me and even refused to take money i offered. leaving a feedback here as don?t know how else to show my gratitude. If everyone was so honest as these guys the world would be a different place!"

"This place has been in business for 60 years. The last 40 by the same family. What a monument in Los Gatos. The place is like being with family. Watching the customers come in a hug all the staff is such a blessing. I love seeing the wait staff giving the regulars grief, and the back and forth really makes for a homey feeling. The food is awesome. The service is wonderful. Eat the coffee cake it is stupendous!"

"I came here to work and really enjoyed the drinks and the ambiance! Good: Lots and lots of outlets so many and definitely very good for getting things done the ambiance is super cute and feels like you can sit on a rainy day inside here. I liked the cream cheese lox toast definitely filling though it is very small in size. Very fresh tasting, like they made it on the spot. The voodoo drink with oat milk is really unique I like how it has chocolate, condensed milk, and milk. It's great on a cold day. Bad: The portion sizes for the toast is pretty sad for the cost, definitely would rather get the drinks here than the food. Overall would come again if I was working in the area!"

"For many years I was not a fan of Peet?s coffee, but for a chain coffee brand, it has really grown on me. Their coffee is smooth and fulfilling and food items satisfying. The staff at every Peet?s I?ve been to have been great and the kind folks at this Los Gatos store are simply awesome. I generally never go for chain coffee, but Peet?s seems to reliably hit the mark every time when the little coffee shops aren?t available."
