"Ordered 3 types of hot pot. Seafood, vegetables and beef through Uber eats and when I got my order the driver said that they put all in one big bag and it was a mess. My husband had to help him carry it because it's spilled all over. I thought that the vegetables and soups would be separate came raw and would need to cook it. It doesn't say that everything will be cooked and pictures show it being raw so I figured I'd get my portable hot pot to cook them. When I got it everything was cooked and put together. But when we got it even our drinks were in the bag as the soups so it was a big mess. Vegetables were over cooked and soggy. Only thing I forgot was to take a photo. Which I didn't get since I was so upset. Spent $80 and still haven't heard from Uber or this place. I get the drinks were free, but again we weren't able to drink it or even get to taste all the food. We were able to save 1 soup but it was just horrible since everything was soggy. They should keep the vegetables raw and separate them. Won't order from here again."
