"We ordered the Olive Bread and Four Tapas Appetizer Sampler as starter, the Fried Calamari, Patatas Bravas,Shrimp Ajillo,Chicken Skewers I think the Calamari and the Patatas Bravas were the best from the four. The Shrimp Ajillo was simply not evenly enough and it was too oily and the Chicken Skewers was too hard and dry. For the main meal we ordered Chicken Brochetta,Lamb Brochetta Paealla Valenciana (the traditional blend of seafood, chicken and chorizowurst) The paella was not as spiced as I would like to be and I like seafood, but it was just okay, there were other paella options, but as there is a Spanish restaurant, we had to go traditionally. Next time I will try the other options as this was. Chicken Brochetta again, the chicken was dry and not seasoned enough. I saved the best for last – The Lamb Brochetta, OMG, it was really delicious, it was tender, melted in your mouth and accompanied with perfect spices – YUMMY. Presentation was excellent and exotic. Place has a great mood and if you feel like Salsa dancing (I know it's not a Spanish tradition) they have salsa classes above the restaurant) if you're lucky, a nice Spanish boy will play the flamenco guitar for you. Negative – Parking in Long Beach is getting worse, either parking at public places and make sure you confirm on Saturdays, you still have to pay metered parking on the street.
