"Third time Ive come for a burger. They are close to being great, its the little things that keep getting in their way. Food is good. The wait sometimes is much longer than needed. Staff seem very poorly trained, and the communication between them -from what I order to what is cooked and how its put together seems archaic. Third time ive ordered the turkey burger with the hollywood toppings, third time there has been an issue. Forgot to toast the bun, had bacon put on it, got someones " no" salt fries. And when the staff discover or are told of an error they are very unsure of themselves and how to fix it, and bc they are right there in front of everyone it looks and feels unprofessional. Last challenge is they dont have sweet potato fries, but I can move past that. Burgers are good, have not had the vegetarian yet. Easy location and parking, good value. Will be back."

"I love Firehouse subs, but please fix your online ordering system and also accept more methods of payment. So many times I 've tried to order online only for the system to not work, not accept my debit card for some unknown reason, or the store didn 't receive the order even though it did successfully process online one time. This is super frustrating. I like to order online because it takes some time for them to make your order if you 're waiting, which is understandable because good food should not be fast food and I can definitely appreciate that. But please fix your online ordering."

"If you are going to eat Fast Food Style--at least try for healthier raised beef!!They have some very tasty burgers with your choice of condiments.Food is delivered quickly while still hot. Staff is helpful and pleasant. I love their root beer.Plenty of parking and seating"

"I have eaten here and given it a couple of chances but no more. The food is overpriced, the service is slow or nonexistent and the quality of food is getting worse each time. Customers sometimes seem to wait too long even when it's barely busy and when what appears to be the owner tries to help, she has no idea what she's doing; food goes to wrong tables and she seems lost. It's going downhill."

"So you're going to read this anyways after reading the title. What's the point? Okay, so the deal is, I looked for a latin type restaurant in London and Trip Advisor had this as third on the list. It's a small little diner type joint on Hamilton Road that if you live in London, you'd pass everyday and likely not see it ... except it is brightly painted.But if you stop and go in, you'll be served with kindness first, and then food that tastes fantastic and is more than you can eat. And the price is more than reasonable. Bottom line. Great food. Great price. Great service -- takes longer than the fast food restaurants because the food isn't crap. Simple.Glad you read through all this, or wish you had just stuck with the title and got in the car and gone down there."

"Had a wonderful evening with two friends. We all loved our food and the service was excellent. All Kovid protocols were followed. The owner was our server and he went beyond and beyond to make sure we enjoyed the food... even brought us a...extra treat for dessert! We have tried to support the locals during these difficult times, and this is definitely a local business that we would like to see stay open!"
