"I used to love papa john's. Never had any issues with them, been using them for over ten years- have always rated them over dominos. However, recently there has been countless issues with the welling branch- so much that I can no longer ignore. For the past five occasions that I have ordered from here, there has been some kind of issue. I completely understand that saturdays are demanding for any restaurant/fast food place. However, this is why more staff/drivers should be brought in on this day, given that it is known to be hideously busy. I preorder my pizzas in the morning for a set time, and at least three times, they have arrived 20 minutes late. Additionally, they have been warm and not particularly hot. The piri piri pizza used to be a favourite of mine.. until the past three occasions whereby its spice seems to no longer exist and the chicken tastes more like tandoori rather than peri peri. Last night, my pizzas arrived twenty minutes late and arrived without the garlic knots that I had ordered. My boyfriend called up and explained the situation, but we were just told that they would be sent out with the next delivery- no compensation or regret, or even a rough indication of when they would arrive. Forty minutes later, still no garlic knots. My boyfriend called again, asked straight for the manager who claimed that the delivery staff were running late/hadn't arrived. These things happen, but it shouldn't be deemed acceptable when they were already running late. A few minutes later, the garlic knots finally arrived- almost an hour after our pizzas (which were already 20 minutes late). Obviously we had little room left for the knots by this point, so they may as well not arrived at all.This will genuinely be the last time that I order from papa john's. Owning a taste card, I am entitled to 241 with them. But I would much rather pay the full price and order from a more reliable service like dominos. Such a shame, because I have always remained a loyal customer to these guys, but until I see evidence of change or some kind of remorse, I will not be giving them my money"

"It is a brightly lit, centrally located, Cafe where the food and barista beverages are soo good. The staff is friendly and knows their products.I love when businesses not only acknowledge the homeless, and allow them to sit inside the restaurant, but also make it possible/ available for patrons who wish to help by just buying a simple cup of coffee for another human being. Look at the number of times that people have shown kindness. It ' 's more than 44,000. I want to also add that a lot of people complain either rightly or not right about the homeless problem that we have in this city which is significant), however, here is a business that is wrapping its arms around these people who are not the problem. They are just a symptom of a broken down system. It is located kitty-corner to a homeless mission -so you know that there 's a lot of need for kindness and acknowledgment.Wheelchair accessibility: My friend uses a walker and a scooter. She parked the scooter outside and used her waler but wheelchairs and scooters would work inside as well."
