"Great intimate dining experience. Excellent quality ingredients, presentation, and service. Via conversation with staff they gather as many possible ingredients locally which I think is great! Price was well worth the product and experience. Will return for sure. Due to size, reservations highly recommended for peak dining times."

"A beautifully designed restaurant and bar at the top end of Camden, a stones throw away from Mornington Crescent station or short walk from Euston. It’s placed down the side of Koko’s and probably unnoticed by many due to its unassuming entrance. The outside menu displayed mostly pizzas and came across as very Soho House ish (ie simple, not too fancy but with good produce). Stepping inside was also very Soho House y. Great artwork, a mesh of beautiful wood, velvet and marble materials inviting you in to have a comfortable, but stylish time. The menu outside was different to the one offered. This new menu, as we found out shortly after, had been live for a couple of days and offered more than just pizza. I opted for some cured meats and bruschetta which was topped with ricotta. It was fresh and delightful. My partner had a simple margerita style pizza which he enjoyed. We shared some cured meats which weren’t explained to us when delivered but mortadella and bresaola were two out of the three. The third was sliced a milimetre too thick but delicious none the same. It lost a star for the lack of ambience which was not there doing. This stunning spot may pick up on gig nights and weekends but felt a little dead when we went in. The service was good bar a little event of having water spilt everywhere by the waitress but not a big deal accidents happen! It was more her nonchalance and approach to other tables which I felt could have done with more of a caring touch. Just a personal observation and she was friendly and polite enough with us. The management and bar team were equally as attentive and friendly. We finished on a Bloody Mary which was extremely acidic and watery. It could have done with more body from a thicker tomato juice which would have been much better. Will definitely return if in that part of town."

"Grabbed a takeaway lunch here on a repeat visit. My usual go to is the Reuben which is always delicious and piled high. This time no Reuben on the menu, so opted for lasagna instead. Came with a small side of potato salad which was awesome. Lasagna was not as good as I hoped for and could have had more meat and cut. Taste was okay, but would not get again. There are a lots of different items I’d rather choose. So this visit was a 4, (barely) and not a 5. Will make sure I get a different item next time, it’s the first time I was disappointed. For a nice take home treat try the chocolate chip cookies. Crispy and just right. They are to die for, got a pack of 10 to share with the kids. 5 dollars is pricy but worth it!"

"NeW Edit Reply To restaurant comment:No sorry, I was ordering way before the holidays to ,including last year once in awhile so saying it’s because the holidays is pretty much invalid,I’m just writing this review late cause I was giving u guys chances to get it right-original review comment:Unfortunately not buying from you guys again, I’m usually a very passive quiet person buut I’ve ordered a handfuls of times (there isn’t that many Jamaican places in London) I use to get Jamaican food all the time in Toronto, so I’ve been trying here since I moved, so I would order a large and more then half the time they give me a regular size meal I now feel like they are doing it on purpose because when I’ve ordered I explicitly said make sure I get a large because I’ve gotten regular by mistake often enough yet they still most times gave me regular . I usually have to contact skip or Uber to get my money back , and I know what the large is supposed to look like . I’m not saying you’re scamming,(since Covid some restaurants have been giving less food on takeout to save money/stock)but make sure your employees double check before letting the driver leave with it. Also what use to be boneless isn’t anymore so your given more bones then meat now what’s up with that dude? Example: The curry goat being mostly bone common u kno I’m bein straight with u curry goat is usually my favourite Jamaican dish yet yours has no meat Ya-kno, I kno there’s suppose to be bone but there’s also supposed to be meat lol , the food is suppose to be hardy not just full of bones. Maybe look at other Jamaican restaurants in Canada and see how they do their food cause I def got my moneys worth in Toronto where one of them even bbq outside , you can see and tell it’s hardy just by walking by. I think u guys need to revalue how u do certain things or your just gunna keep getting disappointed customers… It sucks when you don’t even get what you paid for multiple multiple times ,please talk to your staff.I don’t like giving bad reviews but it’s the honest truth my dudes. hope your able to fix the issues."
