"Family members and I went to eat here as we went to pay the cashier asked two employees to check and verify the money we have him was real , right in front of us, and then put our order on the other side walking away while trying to ask for something else, disrespectful customer service."

"I had to wait for a cab one evening so I went to this tim Hortons to wait. I saw on the door that it closes at 11pm and it was 10:15pm so I went in and got a coffee. Then while I was waiting, I got a phone call so I stepped outside to answer and while I was on the phone, they locked the doors and it was only 10:30. I saw there was still 2 people sitting inside and I noticed the side door was open so I went back in and I asked if I can order something to eat and the young lady said she would ask her supervisor so she did and he said no to my order.Not sure if this is common practice for Tim Hortons but it would have been nice to know ahead of time, say, a sign on the door to let me know they were closing early. This happened on May 29th 2023."
