"I often order, no problems at the level of food, but today, for example, a Wednesday evening, order at 6:48 pm delivery 20:51. soon it will have to order the day before for the next day, make an effort hire someone perhaps!?! and for the commercial gesture, you can always wait, since it is always “the fault of the bookers” when you call."

"We are en route to Schladming from Jersey, staying at Premiere Classe next door, on arrival with my 92 year old mother , in a wheel chair, we were shown to a table behind the sweet trolley, out or site. We did notice the venue was majority non white/european people, but why should that make any difference? (reverse racism) While every other table was served with drinks, we waited and could not get any attention. We helped ourselves to the buffet served oriental food, which also included some chips and chicken for those who preferred.The chicken and chips were cold and greasy; the oriental was warm, and was more like an Iceland pound microwave meal. Eventually we managed to order a large carf of red; a 25cl arrivd, so I ordered another large caraf; guess what, 25cl arrived. Coujld not be bothered with desert by then, although the others did help themselves, to another Iceland special. When I got to the check out (another Iceland Special), the checkout girl was arguing about a child being under 10 but being charged an adult price,; the child, who was about under 60cm, was apparently 11, but who was sucking thumb between couching and praying very abruptly into the air should be charged a full adult price because the mother had no age verification. So I got to pay; I do speak french. They wanted a full adult price for my step daughter, who is 10. I refused, so they changed the bill (I think the manager had had enough of one argument without me starting another. Total bill €78.50, 2 semi heated Iceland Specials and two chicken nuggets and chips (Cold), followed by 4 scoops of Ice cream and one Iceland desert.I left desert alone.....forgot to say, we also got few very high sugar content sweets, available from Poundworld. So I went to the bar and ordered a large (50cl) caraf of red; a 25cl arrived. S I asked the waiter for another, but a large one; another 25cl arrived."

"Very disappointed with this restaurant, very long service. staff prefer delivery instead of the room. meal for delivery ready in 15min while in room we waited 45min for the entrance. at the level of the meal shrimp sweet sour sauce in beignet???Boeuf saté sauce a la crème? and noodle with warm vegetables. I don't advise this restaurant at all."

"Was staying just up the road at the Ibis on business. Welcoming, a good selection of food (Chines, Japanese, Thai) in the traditional help yourself buffet. Good sweets, too. Reasonably priced. Would certainly use the place again"
