"No flexibility to meet requests. 1. they must book 24 hours for the retreat. the point of having a takeaway option is to provide flexibility as to book. 2. asked if we could stay in the hotel if we could have room service for breakfast and dinner in our rooms to stay safe. they said no. it is a great place, but they really need to work on their hospitality towards potential guests."
