"A generous kitchen, but too scattered for me. It starts with bread, forgives the many breads, which we accompany first of all the oil of Provence - because the chef comes from Provence- then from butter - because we are in Savoy- is the illustration. Oil or butter? We took the truffle menu, truffles from everywhere, it's fun and entertaining, but it's not necessarily the dish. Very small room in the plant, apart from the truffle, not a touch of green! Mentioner Valhrona as the chocolate used is not as elegant, it is the least we can do. Heavy food, a little confused and clumsy."

"We were all four nights at dinner, we were in Brides-les-Bains. we had every time beautiful meals and very friendly service. fondue, tartiflette and cheese plates with local cheese varieties in the Savoie region were listed. the menus were delicious, loved the cannette and trout, each. on absolute perfection. the chestnut-velouté was a manifestation and the ile fottante with tropical fruits was one of the best things I had eaten in France."

"Menu simple, good value, with great burgers made with fresh meat. Proper chips. Very reasonably priced, and you can sit inside in the warm, and look at the beautiful scenery from a huge picture window. Friendly and efficient service."

"I politely asked the owner why it was necessary to have picture of a religious deity Buddha in the toilet. She told me she is not into religion to which I said that it is offensive to those who follow Buddhism. She told me...very off handedly and angrily that she did not care for my opinion and that nobody has ever objected before. I left a bit upset by her attitude. My thoughts are ....what if I stuck a picture of Mother Mary or Jesus in the toilet? Would that offed Christians? Interested to know what other people think?"
