"We always like to eat at restaurant where the staff is smiling. The restaurant is very cosy and the dishes are tasty - we tried the trout and the schnitzel (Yum!). They also some local (lenzkirch) fine beers."

"Flame cakes with pierlings and the suffins were very delicious. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, independent opening hours... only open until 18:00. After that many guests wanted to go to Bistro, unfortunately there were no opening hours at 1st sight."

"I was here for a coffee and a slice of a schwarzwalder cake. The typical cake of this region. This an expensive hotel/ restaurant, but it's worthy cause the view to the Titisee Lake is stunning! The quality of the food is good. So... at...the end is a good value for money. Wifi available. Parking place. Relaxing esplanade with a breathtaking view to the Titisee Lake. Friendly staff. Located in a quite place, not far from the village, but far enough to avoid the noise coming from the village and traffic."

"What can you expect from a place that is obviously a tourist trap? My husband and I were sitting here to have coffee and cake. The cream on my cappuccino was cold, man Black Wing cherry cake was lazy, which is a good thing, but nothing special. I had an ice cream with canned cries. They charge 6 euros for a simple milkshake. Hm. It would have been good if at least the service had been nice, but it wasn't. Grumpy waiter, slow service, zero welcome. I'm sure there are better places in the area."
