"So, by what to start... well, this is not a pizza!! This should not be allowed. Poor Italian I am, my taste buds have suffered. We are typically in front of a French-filled bread: a paste, gruyère, raw tomato sauce, no taste. Type flamenkuche beginner version. Unfortunately passing by we were tempted to try. What a discomfort. It's not immangeable, but it's not a PIZZA! Poor Italian culinary tradition, a ruined symbol. Chief, go for training in Naples or Rome, please!"
