"I love this pace. Simply fantastic food and great wine. What a great selection of wine, and Philippe Dreyer, the owner, really knows his wine and is happy to discuss. He speaks excellent English so feel free to ask questions. I followed everyone of his recommendations and enjoyed every glass of wine I had (4 glasses).The food is very tasty. I had a plate of mixed cured meats, mainly from the region, and a selection of 4 cheeses, with loads of fresh bread. Simple stuff, but so tasty. The cheese was to die for!The environment is fantastic, it is a joy just to sit in the place and soak up the atmosphere. Phillippe does a lot of wine tasting evenings, so make sure he has space before you come in the evening - lunch should be no problem, but evenings may be a problem - give him a call on 02 43 23 37 31.Would I go back, you bet, I can't wait until I am next in Le Mans."

"We arrived early for dinner, but the staff told us to wait a bit and the cook will be ready for us. The place was filled with locals laughing and enjoying life and made us feel comfortable. The menu is simple with daily specials and reasonable prices. The food was very good. It was a pleasure to eat here and enjoy the friendly staff and atmosphere. I can recommend the restaurant and will return when back in the city."
