"The service is not good for the price. I waited 30 minutes or so that the waiter could bring at least the drinks after my order. she never goes by to check if we need anything. left all plates on the table. I had to get up to look for the waiters because she never showed up for eating. it was really a mess. the bill was high for this type of service."

"The view from inside is of a large parking lot and heavy traffic on commercial Blvd. It's a bit of a shame because it detracts from an otherwise pleasant experience. The owners are from Peru (from what the waiter told me) and have several restaurants there, but this is the only one in the U.S... The waitress was very helpful in explaining what the sauces on the table were to be used for since I was un-familiar with them. Our steak arrived very nicely done to our order, and the quality was excellent. While this restaurant is listed as not expensive, I found it to be just a bit pricey for the type of food and the location. I Intend to go there again in a week or so only because it is nearby, and has very good food and service; not because it is in-expensive."

"The food here is good! They also offer a Taco food kit to die for and it is super favorable for how great the food taste. I usually order the delivery from this place, but have seen the interior, it has a lot of seating and it is quite clean. I would definitely recommend this place if you already tried. You have a wide selection of items on your menu."

"We met with friends at this spot for dinner. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very nice. we were warmly welcomed by the staff members and we felt excellent. The meal was fresh and delicious. We loved this place very much and we will visit this place again. Highly recommended."

"I always pass on the office lunch when they order from Moe’s because I don’t like hot, spicy, seasoned or Mexican food. After being assured I could build a custom burrito, I tried it. The chips were good and the filling – steak, cheese, tomato and sour cream – would have made a great sub but the wrap was soggy, gluey and bland. I ate the filling with a fork and with the chips it was an OK lunch which I would order again with some cheese dip for the chips. However, their food and choices must be wonderful because I know six people who rave about it and eat there a couple of times each week."

"I frequent the drive-thru of this Miami Sub because I work in the area. I usually get steak subs or fish sandwiches. Sometimes it's very good and exactly like it's ordered, but more times it's not. They've made a big deal about charging extra for tomato and cheese on the fish, charged for it and then not put it on. That's really annoying. If you order no onions or request that the roll not be toasted, you need to check your order before you leave the window. They won't substitute a small salad for fries like the other fast food chains. And check for sufficient ketchup, even if you requested it several times. I've never been inside but the outside of the building could use some repair."
